Meh... heavy rotation. Some lady directed it and wanted the video that way. People in the west are like "What the fuck" when they see adult girls (albeit one or two paedobait) playing the role of cats and dancing around and wearing sleepwear. Women here think it's cute. Of course, it's nothing like music videos with girls the same age making their ass-cheeks clap together for the viewing audience in the west.
You know, I've never really listend to the Seifuku song, but I can relate to the line they mention. I've been in a place where I had to wear a school uniform 24x7 (like for reals... uniform shower wear, uniform sleep wear)... going into public, I had to be in uniform. When you're in uniform, you represent your school, organization, etc. I couldn't wait until the day I could get out of that fawkin' thing and do the stuff I couldn't do because of being in that uniform.
But yeah, I think he does exploit those ladies to an extent. Not as objects of sexual desire, but as money making machines. He and their management really run them through the wringer without really prepping them properly for what they expect them to do.
Yuki has been training rigorously for a Tokyo Dome show she'll be doing in May... like she'll have been training for 6 months to physically perform for this show. Homeboy threw his cash cow into an Outdoor Dome tour for 3 days straight without prepping them for it. Like for serious, brah. He kept them all run ragged on their regular schedules and didn't properly condition them for the concert. It's summer in frickin' Tokyo... that's like hell on earth. You don't even allow them the time for proper nutrition; chicas were dropping like flies.
But yeah, the interview was interesting nonetheless. I'm glad that they actually talked about their ambassdorship with the Red Cross and Earthquake support. Out of all the celebs in Japan, I think they've engaged more actively providing morale and quite a bit of financial support to the folks in Tohoku. Much respect for that.
