I detest Mindless Behavior. I watched an acapella version and I got that awful feeling where you're embarrassed for someone else.

LOL...I never told you to listen to them sing. That hair though, ugh...I tolerate this because I'm used to J-Pop males looking like chicks, but these boys might be taking it to a new level. THe curly haired kid and the one with the two braids look like 11 year old girls.

On the other hand, they're B2K:Reborn, which I don't mind at all. Remember this:

Only I swear that those Mindless Behavior boys are like 10... B2K was definitely felt a bit older (or maybe it seemed different b/c I was younger, idk)... and you are so right about some of them... when I was watching that MV I was just thinking about how well two of them just blended in with the background dancers. Personally I liked their first song a lot better. smiley: pimp

On a side note, I never want to ever hear "Swagger/Swag (or any version of the word)" and "Over a million" in the same song smiley: roll

What's your top 3 for this year?

As for myself:

1. Nicola Roberts - Cinderella's Eyes (Definetely the best pop album made in the last 2 years)
2. Lykke Li - Wounded Rhymes (I listened to this not some time ago, but I fell in love inmediately with this one since the first listen)
3. Florence + the Machine - Ceremonials (Amazing second album, definetely better than Lungs)

Other mentions: Robyn's Body Talk, Rihanna's Talk That Talk and Britney Spears's Femme Fatale.

^ I'd have to check my tags for downloaded albums, because I barely remember what came out in 2011; then again, I don't think I listened to much NEW music. Though from what I did listen to:

1) Robin Thicke had a great new album and single, both called Love After War:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwFtfnUGJfg&ob=av2e

2) I'm a male that's comfortable in both my sexuality and in listening to Drake and I mostly enjoyed his new album, Take Care:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cimoNqiulUE&ob=av2e

3) The recent Nujabes release, Spiritual State (I count this as Western because most of the vocals are in english on this album):

Special nod the Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV; it wasn't as great as Carter III, but better than most of the pop-rap out this year, including Camel and Diva's "Watch The Throne" album.

Single wise, Johnny Gill, Jill Scott, and Maroon 5 have impressed me the most:

1) Johnny Gill - In The Mood

2) Jill Scott - What My Mind Says

3) Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jagger

This wasn't a strong album year for me that much, aside from a few albums.. But there was still a good amount of stuff that I liked if you also look at singles, remixes, and EPs.

1. Clare Maguire - Light After Dark
2. Penguin Prison - Penguin Prison
3. Tie btw Vanbot - Vanbot/The Sound of Arrows - Voyage

Honorable Mentions (albums and EPs):
Johan Agebjorn - Casablanca Nights
Fred Falke - Part IV
Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Make A Scene
Icona Pop - Nights like This EP
Queen of Hearts - The Arrival EP
Florrie - Experiments EP

Adele Scores Two Most-Played Songs in U.K.

The 'Set Fire to the Rain' crooner takes the top spot with 'Rolling in the Deep', and sits at the seventh place with a 'Make You Feel My Love' cover.

Adele closes her big year in 2011 by being crowned an artist who has the most-played song throughout the year in the U.K. The Grammy-winning brunette beauty has not just one, but two popular songs, on this year's top-10 list which is compiled by Spotify.

She tops the list with "Rolling in the Deep", the first single from her 2011 groundbreaking album "21", beating Bruno Mars, Rihanna, Jessie J and LMFAO. Several steps lower, she occupies the seventh spot with her cover of Bob Dylan's "Make You Feel My Love".

Though Riri misses the top spot, the Barbados singer manages to place a total of three singles on the list. The R&B singer peaks at No. 3 with "S&M", and claims the eighth and ninth spots with "What's My Name?" and "Only Girl (In the World)" respectively.

1. Adele - "Rolling in the Deep"
2. Bruno Mars - "Grenade"
3. Rihanna - "S&M"
4. Jessie J ft. B.o.B - "Price Tag"
5. Jessie J - "Do It Like a Dude (Explicit version)"
6. LMFAO - "Party Rock Anthem"
7. Adele - "Make You Feel My Love"
8. Rihanna ft. Drake - "What's My Name?"
9. Rihanna - "Only Girl in the World"
10. Katy Perry - "Firework"
