so finally heard riri's unapologetic album. If listening from the start to the end, the album is a mess. BUT, if i listen to it on shuffle play mode, the album became more enjoyable, which is surprising since i didn't like her 'gangsta hip hop' persona in the album (ie Fresh off the Runway, and the ones that features hip hop artists), and they became tolerable during the shuffle play mode. having said so, her collaboration with eminem in this album is a snooze fest.

if only the album had a more cohesive sound ie the exclusion of her gangsta hip hop persona, it would have hit the theme of being 'unapologetic' as she hasn't really relaese an album which consist mostly midtempo songs. even her collaboration with Chris Brown, which we all dreaded when we heard the news, became a highlight of the album instead of her hiphop gangsta persona.

oh well, at least her victoria secrets fashion show performances slayed.
